Service Description

Animal Guardian workshop. In this 2 and 1/2 hr workshop you will design and make your own animal guardian hanging tile, decorated in your own style, inspired by floriography, the language of the flowers. The first half of the workshop you will be designing and creating your own ceramic animal tile in terracotta clay, I will also have templates available for use if you don’t want to design your own. We will then decorate your piece with a floral design (if so desired) informed by floriography, the language of the flowers where each flower carries a specific quality and meaning. This can be a simple or as complex as you would like. Your ceramic piece will then be fired and glazed by me and will be available for collection or postage (at an additional cost). This will be a relaxed and supportive workshop with no pressure on anyone to create a masterpiece. Suitable for all abilities. Tea coffee and cake provided :-)
